It is our goal to call the congregation to prayer and provide resources and structure to make prayer a living part of the life of Riverside Church. There are many ways for you to be active in prayer at Riverside.

The 9:00 a.m. Group meets each Sunday morning in the Fireside Room and is an opportunity to pray for the worship service, for our Pastor and his message, as well as all individuals involved with the morning service and for God to meet each individual to convict of sin and to provide assurance of forgiveness through Jesus Christ and then going out into the world walking in holiness, being salt and light.
Wednesday Mornings. Wednesday morning prayer starts at 7:00 a.m. and welcome to all people. Meets in the Fireside Room.
3rd Sunday of the Month Church-Wide Prayer. Riverside spends every 3rd Sunday of the Month in prayer from 5-7 p.m. in the Fireside Room. A member of the Praise Team is also present for the group come to the Lord in song every 20 or 30 minutes throughout the evening. This prayer time happens throughout the whole year.
Partners in Prayer is an exciting opportunity for Riverside. Members who choose to participate are given a monthly schedule with prayer requests for each day and are given specific days to pray for our Pastor, the Ministry Teams, church activities and the staff.
Our Prayer Chain is a powerful way to unite Riverside in prayer.
